Summer vacation

As August arrives, Mindy prepares to go back to teaching young, excitable second graders in addition to the constant development of a special toddler that she continues to hold near and dear. Despite her natural preference to just stay home, one cannot forget the great summer that Mindy and Maile shared the past couple of months.

Besides seeing friends that are close to the same age as both of them, they both went swimming often, the zoo, the aquarium, multiple trips to the Children's Museum, South Dakota, and other great mother-daughter bonding sessions.

With Mindy returning to work, it will be fun to see them both lead their lives, get together in the evening, be very excited to see each other, and share with each other the day that they had.
