Maile had a difficult past week.
On Monday, we woke up and realized that she was quite warm to say the least. I stayed home that day and she seemed so exhausted and out of it. She slept for most of the morning but when she was awake, she seemed really out of it. I had never seen Maile so still as that day, when she would just lay on me with her eyes open and just stare.
By afternoon, her temperature was back to normal after some rest and some medicine. By nighttime, her fever came back and it continued for another day or two.
Luckily, it was nothing bad but it's just weird seeing Maile so tired and out of it. Now, she just has a little stuffy/runny nose but at least she's acting normal, which is much more different than last Monday!
